Mohanlal to team up with Madhavan's heroine

Vikram Vedha actress Shraddha Srinath is all set to team up with Mohanlal for the first time for B Unnikrishnan's upcoming Malayalam flick. The actress is playing the female lead character of an IAS officer in the movie.
It is said that Unnikrishnan recently narrated the script to her over a phone call and she was quite impressed with it. Talking about the movie in an interview with TOI, Shraddha said that there was no reason for her to say no to the flick, particularly with Mohanlal sir in it. Reportedly, the actress has also set aside bulk dates for the project and will join the sets in Kerala by November 23.
Interestingly, the movie marks the comeback of the actress in Malayalam cinema after the 2015 movie 'Kohinoor'.
The yet-to-be titled film was announced earlier this month and is scripted by Udayakrishna of Pulimurugan fame. The makers are planning to shoot the mass entertainer in November with minimal crew adhering to government rules and restrictions amid the coronavirus pandemic.
All actors and technicians have been asked to take Covid-19 test and quarantine themselves for seven days before joining the shoot.
