Monday's IPL match postponed after two players test positive

Monday's IPL match has been rescehduled. Today, in an unexpected turn, Varun Chakravarthy and Sandeep Warrior of Kolkata Knight Riders tested positive for Covid-19. Therefore, their match with Royal Challengers Bangalore stands postponed.

The match was supposed to take place at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. At a time when everyone is eagerly waiting for it, the BCCI on Monday afternoon broke the news.

As per the buzz, the two players had been to a hospital for a test. It's suspected that they contracted the virus there.

In the past, KKR's opener Nitish Rana had tesetd positive. Following today's development, the KKR team has gone into self-isolation.
