Following India's 2019 World Cup defeat in the semi-final against New Zealand, former skipper MS Dhoni took a sabbatical from cricket to join the 106 Territorial Army Battalion (Para) as part of the Victor Force stationed in the Kashmir Valley, undertaking the duties of patrolling, guard, and post duty. He had been conferred the honorary rank of a lieutenant colonel in the Territorial Army unit of the Parachute Regiment.

A report now suggests that Dhoni will be collaborating with StudioNext to produce an anthology telling the stories of many decorated army officers. "It is a series revolving around personal stories of military officers who have been feted for gallantry with top honours like the Ashoka Chakra and Param Vir Chakra. Dhoni knows the journey of the people who have selflessly served the nation and the hardships they have faced while doing so. He wants to bring them into the limelight through his show," according to the report.

The script is apparently being created right now, while the makers are sorting out the formalities to begin the shooting.
