Multi-superstar event on the anvil

It's known that the Nadigar Sangham of Kollywood is set to conduct a cricketing series involving Tamil film industry's actors/technicians. The news is that the Sangham, which is holding this series as a high-profile, prestigious event, will likely see the coming together of superstars from three industries on one dais.

Certain media reports suggest that the Sangham has invited Megastar Chiranjeevi and Amitabh Bacchan from Tollywood and Bollywood, respectively, to the event. It goes without saying that if these two superstars make it to the event, they will share the dais with Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan, among other biggies of Tollywood.

Interestingly, Rajini and Kamal will take part in the match. This is the biggest takeaway for sure!

The event will be held on April 17 by the South Indian Film Artistes' Association in Chennai.

Balakrishna finalizes 100th film

Nandamuri Balakrishna has finally zeroed in on the 100th film.  As has been speculated that it will be either Krishna Vamsi or Krish, the film has gone to Krish.  Based on the legend of the Satavahanas, the historical drama will be produced by Krish himself.  Some media reports suggest that a friend of Krish will co-produce the expensive film.
