Murthy loved and married cinema: Chiranjeevi

'Market Lo Prajaswamyam' is R Narayana Murthy's upcoming movie. Its audio function was held on Tuesday night at Hyderabad's Prasad Labs. Taking everyone by surprise was Megastar Chiranjeevi, who graced the event as the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, the 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' actor said that he has known Murthy for more than 40 years. I have come here to delight my friend. I feel very glad to be here today. Murthy is passionate about cinema. He is a straightforward person. He has not changed over the decades. At a time when only commercial movies are ruling the roost, Murthy has steadfastly held on to his convictions. He has never been after money and status, he said.
Chiru added that democracy is in dire straits in the country and hoped that Murthy's latest film addresses the burning issues. Murthy loved cinema, married cinema, and has been living with it all his life, Chiru said as a parting shot.
