A super hit Kannada film Myna` that gave the hat trick crown to director Nagashekhar (his previous films Aramane and Sanju Weds Geetha also 100 days films) celebrated the evening with trophies.

This is the film that starred Sarath Kumar Tamil actor in a supporting role with Chetan Kumar and Nithya Menon doing the handicap role. Sathya Hegde camera work of capturing Doodh Sagar was exotic and well received.

The film Myna` based on a real life story in the service of super cop BB Ashok Kumar celebrated the moment of winning as many as 21 awards from various places.

Myna` Kannada film is now remade in Gujarati, Oriya and Bengali. Exhibiting all the awards won by Myna` director Nagashekhar announced a series of films in his direction.

Recalling the beginning days of making this film director Nagashekhar said he was considered mad man out in Gandhinagar. A film with physically handicap heroine who would watch was statement he swallowed without answering anyone. The film won laurels. It ran for 100 days in 23 theatres. SIMA, Film Fare, Santosham award, Music Mirchi award, Dr Dasari Narayan Rao appreciating and speaking to me on the film for twenty films – what it is now asks Nagashekar to his detractors.

Actor Chetan Kumar present at the get together of Myna` said a film should win and get the returns for producer. This is my most important concern. This has happened and in front of producer winning all other does not matter he says. Actors we give our work physically and also by dubbing. It is finally the team effort that wins he says.
