Nara Rohit's Okkadine almost done

  • IndiaGlitz, [Monday,May 28 2012]

With the completion of a crucial schedule which started from April 29 and concluded on May 26, Nara Rohit-starrer Okkadine is almost done. The film stars Nithya Menon as the female lead. Naga Babu, Chandra Mohan, Sai Kumar, Kota, Brahmanandam, MS Narayana, Banarjee, Jeevi, Ali, Srinivasa Reddy, Sathya Krishna, Sudha, 'Delhi' Rajeshwari are seen in the film.

Directed by Katha fame Srinivasa Raga, this film has music by Karthik. Chintapalli Ramana is the dialogue-writer. Talking about the film's theme, the director says that Okkadine revolves around a youngster who pines for familial love. He wishes to find a girl who shares a similar outlook in life. Does he find one in Nithya? That is suspense for now.

If Katha was a psychological thriller, Raga's second film promises to be a wholesome family entertainer. Though Nara Rohith's character does seem to bear some resemblance to the one he played in Solo, we may expect a novel treatment from the talented director.
