Veteran actor Karthik has been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai once again is being treated in the ICU for breathing difficulties and fluctuating blood pressure. A coronavirus test has also been taken and results awaited.

Karthik was admitted earlier on March 21st with the same complaint and after treatment, the doctors had advised him complete rest. But the actor who is campaigning for the ADMK and its allies disregarded the advice and was touring the Madurai and Rajapalayalam areas and making political speeches.

The doctors have now once again advice Karthik to take complete rest for a minimum of three weeks.
