The coronavirus pandemic which for the past year is holding the entire world in its grip has cost millions of lives and more than that have lost their livelihood. However the virus has also effected a few positive changes such as bringing families closer together, bringing down pollution etc.

In one popular actor's life COVID 19 may have well saved his marriage. The star in question is none other than critically acclaimed actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui whose wife Aaliya filed for divorce a few months back.

Now Aaliya has stated that she has had a change of mind and the reason she has said in a recent interview that she was infected with the COVID 19 and became very ill and that was when her estranged husband Nawazuddin stepped in and not only took care of their two children but also made sure that she is taken care of.

Aaliya has added that she saw a new side to her husband and found that he still respected her and the love is still there. Hence she spoke to him that they should sort their differences and he too had agreed. Now things seem to be working out between the couple who have been together for sixteen years and are hopeful that they will get back together in the near future.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of the most sought after stars in Bollywood and in Tamil he acted as the villain in Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Petta' directed by Karthik Subbaraj. There is also talk that he could play the antagonist in Vijay's 'Thalapathy 65' too.
