Nayanthara's generous help to the people of her state

Eventhough she might be the Lady Superstar of Kollywood, we all know that Nayanthara hails from Kerala. And we know Kerala is facing the worst time in history with floods and landslides taking homes, lives of many innocent lives.

Many stars from the film fraternity have lend a helping hand by donating and Nayanthara too had contributed Rs.10 lakh towards the Chief Minister Distress Relief Fund. The actress hails from Thiruvalla in Pathanamthitta district. The receipt on the donation is currently going viral in the web.

Nayanthara’s ‘Kolamaavu Kokila’ hasn’t released today in Kerala alone due to the floods. Instead, the film is set to release in Kerala next weekend.
