Lady Superstar Nayanthara had a jubilant 2018, as she had three releases the year, including the Telugu flick Jai Simha with Balakrishna, and the two Tamil Superhits - crime comedy Kolanaavu Kokila and the action thriller Imaikkaa Nodigal, besides also signing a number of exciting projects.

Nayanthara's next release will be Airaa, bankrolled by KJR Studios and directed by KM Sarjun (Echarikkai Ithu Manithargal Nadamadum Idam and short films Lakshmi and Maa fame) which is touted to be a horror flick, which will have her playing dual roles sporting different looks.

The second look of Airaa released yesterday has been met with a good response over the social media, and the teaser of the movie is set to be released on January 5, 5 pm. Meanwhile, Nayanthara's other flick Kolaiyuthir Kaalam, the Chakri Toleti directorial thriller, which was earlier announced as a January release, has been pushed to February.
