Nandamuri Balakrishna and seven other TDP leaders have beckoned an unwanted non-bailable warrant from the Dharmavaram court.

In the leadership of Balakrishna, the members of Telugu Desam organized road shows and convened meetings at banned locations of Dharmavaram on 31st January, as a part of their 5 - day that violated the instructed guidelines and norms of AP High Court.

Circle inspector Ramakanth filed the FIR under section IPC 188 in Dharmavaram court, and Judge Ramakrishna issued the warrant for the summoned who failed to attend the court session.

This is not the first time for Balakrishna as cases for the same kind of cause were filed against him in the past at Puttaparthi, Bukkaraya Samudram and Anantapur. The Yuvarathna NBK is also planning to begin the next phase of the road show in Prakasam and Nellore districts.
