Neha Dhupia - No regrets

Neha Dhupia was admittedly shocked when her film 'Dear Friend Hitler' had to face some casting hassles at the last minute, courtesy the walk out of Anupam Kher who was to play it's central protagonist. She doesn't deny that the initial days were tough for her and though she was continuing with the film, she had doubts around how it would eventually shape up.

Well yes, I did feel let down. Also, my faith in the film was slightly hampered. After all for me the best known person in the film was Mr. Kher. I did wonder that why would he do something like walk out of a film when we were all so charged to get started, she remembers.

However she doesn't want much attention to go towards this fact and urges audience to look at the movie the way it has shaped out now, courtesy Raghuvir Yadav stepping in instead of Anupam Kher and ensuring that the film reaches it's finishing mark.

Says, Mr. Kher is a senior actor after all so I am sure he must have given it all some good reasoning. Perhaps he had his own issues with the film. However never once did I feel that unhone aisa kiya hai toh main bhi waisa hi karoongi. In any case it worked well for all. Raghuvir Yadav has been fantastic so no regrets. We were able to make what we were set out for.

Well, we are waiting to have a dekko at that as well Neha.
