Actress Samantha had recently acted in Jaanu, the Telugu remake of the Tamil hit 96, and her performance won her great reviews. She has also signed the romantic comedy Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal in Tamil, directed by Vignesh Shivan and co-starring Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.
Samantha has been in news now, for a sweet gesture. Last week, Aryan who had worked as Samantha's assistant for 11 years had opened a restaurant, and Samantha had been to the inauguration to support him, and had said that Aryan had been a great support to her in her highs and lows, and that she was happy for him entering this next step.
This gesture of Samantha for her long time assistant has been appreciated by netizens and people in the film industry. Samantha will be seen making her digital debut this year with the second season of the hit series The Family Man and is also expected to sign few Tamil and Telugu movies.
