New additions in Drishyam 2 cast

Mohanlal -Jeethu Joseph's much awaited sequel 'Drishyam 2' went on floors on September 21. ‘Drishyam 2’ is a sequel to the 2013 superhit 'Drishyam' directed by Jeethu Joseph. The sequel will also feature Mohanlal and Meena playing the couple Georgekutty and Rani George and also has Ansiba Hassan, Esther Anil, Sidhique, Asha Sharath and Kalabhavan Shajon returning.
Now, the latest that we hear is a few new characters have been added in the sequel. Versatile actors Murali Gopy, Ganesh Kumar and Sai Kumar are three of the new characters playing pivotal roles in the movie. The makers have already started shooting the indoor portions with actor Ganesh Kumar. Mohanlal, Meena, Esther Anil and Ansiba will join the team and are expected to start shooting for their portions from September 26.
The movie's story is set seven years after the original film story ends and is said to have no crime elements and will focus only on family-drama.
