Actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar was last seen in the direct OTT release action movie Danny and is now acting in movies like Rajaparvai, Chasing etc besides few Telugu movies like Krack, Naandhi etc to name a few.

Varalaxmi has teamed up with actor Vemal in the movie Kanni Raasi which is directed by Muthukumaran who had made his debut last year with the Yogi Babu starrer fantasy comedy Dharma prabhu. This movie was supposed to release on September 13 last year, and was postponed to March 20 this year.

Now after the TFAPA announcement on releasing new movies, Kanni Rasi has announced its new release date as November 27. Kanni Raasi also stars Yogi Babu, Robo Shankar and Pandiarajan and has music by Vishal Chandrasekhar.
