Suriya and Pooja Hegde are all set to enthrall the audiences in their upcoming romantic action drama Retro, directed by the visionary filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj. Slated for a grand theatrical release on May 1, 2025, the film is already generating massive buzz in film circles.

Music, composed by the ever-experimental Santhosh Narayanan, has become a major highlight of the film. With the first two songs already receiving rave responses, excitement is now building for the third single, ‘The One’, which is all set to release today.

Sung by Sid Sriram with a dynamic rap by Shan Vincent and lyrics by Vivek, the song promises to strike an emotional chord while adding a contemporary edge to the soundtrack. The team tried to increase hype for the glimpse.
