Director Seenu Ramasamy who had debuted with the Bharath starrer Koodal Nagar has been known for his rural backdrop movies like Thenmerku Paruvakatru, Neer Paravai, Dharmadurai and he had last directed the Udhayanidhi Stalin, Tamannaah starrer Kanne Kalaimane.

The director has completed shooting his next movie Maamanidhan starring Vijay Sethupathi, Gayathrie and Guru Somasundaram, and is working with Yuvan Shankar Raja and Ilaiyaraja for the music, and on the other hand, the director has planned his next movie as well.

Seenu Ramasamy announced his next movie after Maamanidhan on Twitter, as he tweeted that his next movie will be produced by Olympia films Ambethkumar, and more details on this movie are expected soon. OIympia films is known for producing Jiiva starrer Gypsy directed by Raju Murugan.
