Nikhil is in love with a doctor

Nikhil Siddharth is admittedly in love with a doctor based in Hyderabad. Speaking to Lakshmi Manchu on the talk show Feet Up With The Stars, the 'Kirrak Party' actor recently revealed about his relationship status.
The young actor said that his new-found soulmate is quite empathetic. He also added that she never interrupts him when he is busy with shoots. She is non-invasive and respects his privacy.
It may be recalled that Nikhil was rumouredly engaged to a girl in 2017. Their engagement didn't graduate to marriage for whatever reason. Although Nikhil said that the news is fake, the rumour had become quite widespread by then.
'Arjun Suravaram' is his next release. He will start shooting for 'Karthikeya 2' soon.
