Actress Nila a.k.a. Meera Chopra of 'Anbe Aruyire' fame was recently accused in a murder case. The Gurgaon police have slapped a murder charge on the actress and are looking out for her.
On July 5th Ruchi Bhuttan was found hanging in her house. She was married to Sumit Bhuttan. Before Ruchi was found dead she had filed a complaint against her husband, for which he has been arrested and under section 304B (dowry death) and 120B (criminal conspiracy).
Nila was filming for Nitin film 'Maaro' when charges were slapped against her on July 8thincidentally on her 28th birthday. The deceasedÂs sister has alleged that Sumit had an extra-marital affair with the actress and the two were the reason for her death.
Nila was recently in the news for someone sending her abusive text sms and e-mails. Nila will be questioned on the murder case soon; the actress has not commented anything on this so far.
