'Bheeshma' actor Nithin and his fiance Shalini on Wednesday got engaged at a low-key ceremony in Hyderabad.  The actor himself took to Twitter to break the news and said, “And engaged." He shared a pic of the exchange of rings.

As is known already, the couple will tie the knot on July 26 at a private hotel in the city.

The 'Power Peta' actor has been in love with Shalini for years.  He cancelled destination wedding in the wake of the pandemic.

Earlier in the week, the 'Rang De' star invited Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to his wedding.  His icon, actor-politician Pawan Kalyan, too, has been invited.
