Nithya Menen after mesmerizing audiences with her performance as Thalapathy Vijay's wife in 'Mersal' has also garnered huge praises for her Telugu experimental film 'Awe' in which she plays a lesbian.  Soon she is expected to star in a new movie directed by Mysskin opposite Shantanu Bhagyaraj.

NIthya in an exclusive interview to IG Telugu has revealed that its actually her choice to look plump and if she wants to she can lose it but of late there have been many things in her life and she had even taken a break and took it easy.  She is confident that weight is no big deal and she preferes to be natural.  The 'OK Kanmani' girl also let out that soon she will be shedding all that extra weight as one of the roles for her upcoming projects need her to look thin.
