Nitin-Nithya Menon-starrer Ishq joins the Februrary race, in which Nippu and Poola Rangadu have already confirmed their place. The makers are planning to release the film on the 10th. Directed by Vikram Kumar of 13B fame, the film has music by Anoop Rubens and cinematography by PC Sriram. The makers are confident of delivering a hit.

The film has good visuals, thanks to PC Sriram, who has worked for films like Mouna Ragam, Nayakudu, Geethanjali, Sakhi, and Cheeni Kum in the past. The National Award-winning Srikar Prasad is the editor. The film has been well-written by the fresh talent Ramesh Samala. Vijay has extraordinarily shot the fights and a chasing sequence, they said.

A love story with family values forming the crux, the Vikram Kumar-directed film stars Nithya Menon as the female lead.

The director is candid when he says that although the story is a simple one, treatment, screenplay and the visuals are unique. He is sure that the performances of Nitin and Nithya Menon are going to stand out.
