No change in release date of Samantha's 'U Turn'

Amidst rumours that 'U Turn' will be postponed, the makers have confirmed that the thriller will very much head to theatres on September 13.
Starring Samantha and Aadhi Pinisetty (as a cop), this one has been written and directed by Pawan Kumar, a Sandalwood filmmaker who directed the original.
The mystery thriller's trailer has clocked 6.5 million views (cumulative of Tamil and Telugu) so far. We have shot the bilingual simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu languages. Both the versions will be hitting the screens on the same date, the makers have said.
Rahul Ravindran and Bhumika Chawla have key roles in this movie that has BGM by Poornachandra Tejaswi and cinematography by Niketh Bommi. A song featuring Samantha and Anirudh Ravichander was shot recently. It will be unveiled soon.
Srinivasaa Chitturi and Rambabu Bandaru are producing 'U Turn' under Srinivasaa Silver Screen and VY Combines banners.
