Not without Emraan Hashmi: Makers of 'Murder' & 'Raaz' series

Recently speculations were rife that B-Town’s latest heartthrob Sidharth Malhotra will take over the lead role in the next series of ‘Murder’ and ‘Raaz’. However, when this news reached the films’ makers they were simple surprised and rubbished it saying that only Emraan Hashmi will be the man for them.

In fact, producer Mahesh Bhatt was firm in stating that they cannot think of bringing up the new sets of horror franchises without the ‘Hitman’ Hashmi (as he is popularly known as). Incidentally they had made ‘Murder 3’ without their favourite choice and it had Randeep Hooda instead. And the results were not satisfactory. Apparently the makers didn’t want to take any such chances again with next instalments of their successful horror thrillers and has planned to have Emraan. We will not make Murder or Raaz without Emraan Hashmi, quoted Bhatt to sources.
