Noted production house bags the Telugu distribution rights of Jailer

Jailer starring Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role is one of highly anticipated projects of the season. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar of Beast fame the movie is scheduled for August 11th release.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that noted production house Asian Cinemas banner has acquired the distribution rights of the film for a fancy price. An official announcement regarding the same came out this afternoon.
Asian Cinemas banner has even acquired the distribution rights of Sivakarthikeyan's Mahaveeran which will have a simultaneous release in Telugu as Mahaveerudu on July 14th.
Coming back to Jailer, the film also stars Tamannaah, Sunil, Samuthirakani among others in key roles. Kannada star Shivaraj Kumar and Malayalam star Mohan Lal will be seen in pivotal roles. Sun Pictures banner is originally bankrolling this high-budget action thriller.
