Jr. NTR has once again demonstrated his philanthropic spirit by making a significant donation of 12.5 lakh to the Sri Bhadrakali Sametha Veerabhadra Swamy Temple in Cheyyeru, Andhra Pradesh. Alongside his family, the actor contributed generously towards the temple's construction. The news initially surfaced when a fan shared the update on social media, praising Jr. NTR's generosity.
Confirming the donation, a source close to the actor stated, "Itâs true that Tarak made this donation ahead of his birthday. He made it in his mother (Shalini), wife (Lakshmi Pranathi), and childrenâs (Abhay, Barghav) names. He doesnât like to publicize his philanthropic acts much, but fans from East Godavari shared pictures online, bringing it to light."
Indeed, fans shared images of the temple on various social platforms, showcasing the place where Jr. NTR's donation was directed. Additionally, a stone inscription at the temple also confirms his generous contribution.
This gesture isn't isolated; Jr. NTR has a history of extending support to noble causes. Previously, he contributed â¹25 lakh to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Ministerâs Relief Fund for flood victims and another â¹25 lakh to the Corona Crisis Charity to aid daily-wage workers in the film industry, among other donations.
On the professional front, Jr. NTR is gearing up for his upcoming projects. He will be seen in Koratala Sivaâs "Devara: Part 1," where Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan make their Telugu debuts alongside him. The film is slated for release on October 10 this year. Additionally, he is set to make his Bollywood debut with Ayan Mukherjiâs "War 2," starring alongside Hrithik Roshan. While rumors swirl about a potential move to Mumbai for a Bollywood career, his team is yet to confirm any such plans.
