The much-delayed Balakrishna-starrer 'NTR', the big-ticket biopic to be directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, will go on the floors from July 5. 

As is known, portions of it were shot in April in the direction of Teja, who later walked out of the project.  After Krish came on board, the script has been slightly recalibrated as per the 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' director's style and vision.  The first schedule in his direction will be shot on a special set in Hyderabad. 

Vidya Balan is on board.  The details of cast and crew are expected to be officially announced soon.  

The buzz is that the biopic will hit the screens on January 9, 2019.  It will clash with Ram Charan's film with Boyapati Srinu and Venkatesh-Varun Tej's 'F2'.
