TN saw a "one for all, all for one" approach when it came to fighting against Jallikattu's ban, before the State Govt. promulgated an ordinance. Raghava Lawrence, who has been an active part of the protests, proposed to celebrate this by collectively flashing lights for 15 minutes, from 19:00 to 19:15 hrs IST on the 18th of this month.

Raghava, had sought an appointment with the interim CM O. Panneerselvam yesterday, seeking permission to celebrate the victory. Hours later, the actor had posted on his twitter handle that Mr. Panneerselvam had supported and granted permission. Thanking OPS for his kind and helpful actions, Lawrence also insisted that there was no political motive behind the meet.

Prior to yesterday's meet, the 'Shivalinga' actor had already met Paneerselvam, for placing demands following the arrest of Jallikattu protesters. Apart from OPS, Lawrence was also set to meet leaders like M K Stalin, Minister Pon Radhakrishnan among others.
