The first on the list of pure cinema lovers most awaited upcoming films is definitely the mega multistarrer 'Vikram' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film marks the return of Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan to the big screen after four long years the most in his career spanning sixty years.

'Vikram' produced by Raaj Kamal Films International has music by Anirudh Ravichander and boasts of the cast of Kamal, Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Kalidas Jayaram, Narain, Shivani Narayanan, Mynaa Nandhini, VJ Maheswari and others.

Now the latest addition to 'Vikram' is Chemban Vinod Jose the popular writer-producer-actor of Malayalam cinema and winner of Best Actor National Award in 2018 for his towering performance in 'Ee.Ma.Yau'. It is noteworthy that Kamal, Vijay Sethupathi, Fahaadh Faasil and Kalidas Jayaram have bagged National Awards.

Lokesh Kanagaraj seems to adding one acclaimed actor after another to 'Vikram' even as he gears up to shoot the third schedule of the film. It is said that plans are on for summer holidays release in 2022.
