Oopiri sequel for real

  • IndiaGlitz, [Saturday,April 02 2016]

One never imagined that there would be a sequel to Oopiri. It was inconceivable till the other day. However, when the talk of a sequel came from the horse's mouth, none can rule it out any longer.

Speaking at a success meet of the film in Chennai, Nag and Karthi both said that a sequel is being mooted. Nothing more was said.

In all probability, the sequel will start from where Oopiri ends. This time around, we could be in for a drama involving Nag, his soul mate (Shriya Saran), and Karthi.

Let's see if this film will come through, if at all. As things stand, Nag won't be able to commit himself to anything until the end of 2017.
