Gautham Vasudev Menon has been keeping himself super busy during the coronavirus lockdown. Only a couple of weeks or so back he delivered the short film 'Karthik Dial Seiydha Yenn' that starred Simbu and Trisha reprising their roles from 'Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya' with music by Isaipuyal A.R. Rahman. The short was well received and became a topic of debate as well.

Now GVM has released a song video 'Oru Chance Kudu' featuring Shantanu Bhagyaraj as a film actor who has to win back his sweetheart played by Megha Akash who doesn't approve him romancing an actress on screen. The song is all about how Shantanu's friend Kalai played by Kalaiarasan convinces Megha through a gaana song which is cute all the way.

'Oru Chance Kudu' has music by singer Karthik and lyrics by Madhan Karky and it is the fusion of the western and the gaana which works very well. Picturization and cuts are by the aces of Kollywood, Manoj Paramahamsa and Antony respectively. GVM has once again proved that he is the master of romance whether the film he is making is a short, a feature or a song video.
