Oscar Connection to 'Uttama Villain'

The Academy has announced what they have chosen to be the best of the year that was, to be awarded with the golden idol. In the Best Sound Mixing category, Craig Mann bagged the Oscar award, for the movie 'Whiplash', as was anticipated by one and all. This is making headlines back home, here, for reasons more than one.
Craig Mann is the same talent behind the screens of 'Uttama Villain' as well! The film, directed by Ramesh Aravind is one of the most anticipated releases of this year. This Ulaganayagan starrer team have planned to launch the audio of the movie in the coming weekend, and now they are to take pride for one more reason, that they have an Oscar winner on board. Music for 'Uttama Villain' is composed by Ghibran.
