'Osthi': Simbu's name is Velan

It is known that STR aka Simbu is playing a police officer in 'Osthi' directed by Dharani, which is a remake of Salman Khan's 'Dabangg'. The name of the character the 'Young Superstar' doing in the movie is Velan, who is known as Osthi Velan.
Though he is a police officer, he has his own set of rules. He is a kind of Robin Hood who is full of energy and enthusiasm, says Simbu, who has fallen in love with his role. Yes, it is a complete mass character and a first of its kind role for me, he says.
On the director, he says, Dharani has completed the shoot of Osthi in a record time of 90 days, that too without compromising in any fronts. The film is going to be a sure shot.
Simbu has a regret however. I don't know who invented six packs. It takes so much of pain to develop one, but I had no other option than doing it for Osthi. A great lover of biriyani, I had to miss it for months together for the sake of building six packs for the film.
