Today there are several interesting movies out on OTT platforms, besides a documentary. Here's a glimpse of what's out on OTT today, who gestures in them, and help you choose what to watch on another boring lockdown day.

Baby Mama (Netflix):

This 2008 flick is the directories debut of Michael McCullers and stars Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Greg Kinnear, Dax Shepard, Romany Malco, Maura Tierney, Holland Taylor, Steve Martin and Sigourney Weaver. Baby Mama revolves around a successful single woman who hires a surrogate mother to bear her child after finding that she is infertile. What happens when she is forced to take the woman into her home after finding that she is homeless, is what the hilarious entertainer is all about.

Charlie St. Cloud (Netflix):

The 2010 American drama is based on Ben Sherwood's best-selling novel The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud and is directed by Burr Steers. Starring Zac Efron and Amanda Crew, the movie is about Charlie St. Cloud who has the special power of seeing his deceased brother Sam and now has to to choose between maintaining a promise made to his dead brother and efforts to get the girl Tess he falls in love with.



Frost/ Nixon (Netflix):

This 2008 historical drama is based on the 2006 play of the same name by Peter Morgan. The movie revolves around the famous Frost/Nixon interviews of 1977 and was directed by Ron Howard. This United States, the United Kingdom and France co-production was produced for Universal Pictures and had five Oscar nominations including Best Picture, Best Actor, and Best Director. Starring Frank Langella, Michael Sheen, Kevin Bacon, Rebecca Hall and Sam Rockwell, this hard-hitting flick is out on Netflix now.

The Darkness (Netflix):

The 2016 American supernatural horror film directed by Greg McLean and co-written by McLean, Shayne Armstrong, and Shane Krause stars an ensemble cast including Kevin Bacon, Radha Mitchell, David Mazouz, Lucy Fry, Matt Walsh, Jennifer Morrison, Ming-Na Wen and Parker Mack.This movie which revolved around a family which visits the Grand Canyon and gains a supernatural force which they bring back home, ultimately generating fears and taking over their lives, is out on Netflix now.

Coronavirus, explained Episode 2 (Netflix):

Coronavirus, Explained is an American documentary limited series from Vox. The series, along with The Mind, Explained and Sex, Explained, is a spin-off of the Explained Series. This show presents various aspects of the subject of the deadly Coronavirus pandemic, and the steps taken by governments to stop it.The series which premiered on Netflix on April 26, 2020 is narrated by J. K. Simmons, and today the second episode is out on Netflix.
