Oviya is one actress who received much more adulation off-screen than on, after her participation in 'Bigg Boss' season one hosted by Kamal Haasan. Her fans who work under the umbrella "Oviya Army" is cheering her every move and always shower her with positive vibes.

2019 will see the release of Oviya's much awaited films such as '90ML' directed by Anitha and music composed by Simbu. 'Kanchana 3' directed by Raghava Lawrence and 'Kalavani 2' directed by Sargunam and costarring Vemal. She will also make a special appearance in her good friend and rumored beau Aarav's debut film 'Raja Bheema'.
