Padmapriya in K Viswanath film

Though known to be an actress with brains, it was a dream come true for Padmapriya. The actress was in all ears when she was called upon by famous Telugu director K Viswanath to be the heroine of his new film titled as ÂSamudramÂ. Allery Naresh is the hero of this movie, which will start its shoot shortly.
Veteran director K Viswanath became the familiar name all around South India when his musical ÂSankarabharanam became a big hit in all south Indian languages. Mollywood superstar Mammootty had been in one of his films ÂSwathy Kiranam which didnÂt fare well at the box office.
Padmapriya had a very good year in 2009 with films like ÂPokkisham and ÂPazhassi RajaÂ, grabbing her accolades from critics nationwide. The year will also see her debuting into Bollywood with the movie ÂStrikerÂ.
