Director Pa.Ranjith has been known for his movies like Madras and his two outings with Superstar Rajnikanth Kabali and Kaala, and last year he had turned a producer, and his maiden production venture Pariyerum Perumal starring Kathir and Anandhi and directed by debutant Mari Selvaraj was a commercially and critically successful venture.

While his banner Neelam Productions have just wrapped their second production venture Irandaam Ulaga Porin Kadaisi Gundu directed by debutant Athiyan Aathirai and starring Attakathi Dinesh and Anandhi, here's an interesting update on the theme of Pa.Ranjith's next production venture.

Neelam Productions has produced "Kuthirai Vaal" and this movie has been revealed to be a fantasy. Actor Kalaiyarasan who plays the lead role in the movie, revealed in a latest media interaction that the movie has him playing the lead character who develops a tail, and the movie is all about his journey towards discovering how he got the tail. Kalaiyarasan will be seen next in Airaa releasing on March 28.
