The much-anticipated film Parasakthi is currently being filmed in Sri Lanka. A video of actor Ravi Mohan, who is part of the project, meeting a legendary Sri Lankan cricketer has surfaced online and is rapidly gaining attention.
Directed by Sudha Kongara and starring Sivakarthikeyan, Parasakthi began its first shooting schedule in Madurai. The second phase of filming is now underway in Sri Lanka, featuring key locations across the country.
Sivakarthikeyan, Ravi Mohan, Srileela, Atharvaa, and several others are actively participating in this schedule. Amid the shoot, Ravi Mohan had an unexpected yet delightful encounter with former Sri Lankan cricket star Sanath Jayasuriya. A video capturing their conversation has since gone viral on social media.
The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Sivakarthikeyan, Ravi Mohan, Atharvaa, Srileela, Prithviraj, Guru Somasundaram, and Basil Joseph. Music composer GV Prakash is scoring the soundtrack for what marks his milestone 100th film. Parasakthi is produced by Don Pictures, with cinematography by Ravi K. Chandran and editing by Sathish Surya. The film is being made on a grand scale, with a budget of approximately ₹250 crore.
Indian tamil actor Ravi Mohan, known by his industry name Jayam Ravi, is currently in Colombo for a film shoot, where he met Sri Lankan cricket legend Sanath Jayasuriya.
