Parineeti smokes for 'Shuddh Desi Romance'

An actor goes out of the way to make their role in the movie look perfect to the T. From shape shifting to donning different styles for the role is the normal trend for actors in Bollywood. This time a non smoker had to touch a cigarettes for a scene in the movie.
And the person is none other than Parineeti Chopra who will be seen smoking for the first time in YRF's ÂShuddh Desi RomanceÂ.
In a scene from the movie she is seen siting on a toilet pot and smoking a cigarette.
Said a Spokesperson of Shuddh Desi Romance, It was a interesting and difficult to play someone who is a regular smoker. Being a non smoker she found it difficult to deal with the smoke but she did the scene with a lot of conviction.
Also starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Vaani Kapoor the film is directed by Maneesh Sharma.
