Parvathy quits acting to become director?

Parvathy Thiruvoth is one of the top actresses in Malayalam Cinema who has made her mark. As we had already reported, the award winning actress will be soon making her directorial debut.
In a recent interview with an online media, the ‘Uyare’ actress revealed that she is using the lockdown period for the pre-production works of her directorial debut. Parvathy has revealed that she has penned two scripts during this lockdown phase. One of these movies will be a psychological thriller and another movie will be a political entertainer. However, the actress did not reveal much about the project.
Reportedly, the actress has not committed any new projects and is even said to have quit from three projects to concentrate on her career as a filmmaker. An official announcement regarding the cast and crew is expected to be made soon.
The ‘Take Off’ actress was last seen in the movie ‘Virus’ which was a super hit in theatres. Her upcoming Malayalam movies are ‘Rachiyamma’, ‘Halal Love Story’ and ‘Varthamanam’.
