Power star Pawan Kalyan has officially kickstarted the shoot for his much-anticipated film Ustaad Bhagat Singh in Hyderabad. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film began filming today at the Aluminium Factory, with the current schedule expected to continue for about a month. Reports suggest that a major portion of Pawan’s scenes will be completed during this stretch.
This mass entertainer marks the reunion of Pawan Kalyan and Harish Shankar after their blockbuster Gabbar Singh. Sreeleela plays the female lead, and several noted actors are part of the ensemble cast. The film is being bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, with music composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Ustaad Bhagat Singh is slated for a grand release in 2026.
Apart from this, Pawan Kalyan has two other big projects in the pipeline. One is Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1, a period action-drama directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and Jyothi Krishna. Set in the 17th-century Mughal Empire, the film showcases the life of legendary outlaw Veera Mallu, portrayed by Pawan. The film promises a blend of history and high-octane drama.
The other is OG, a gritty mafia action film directed by Sujeeth. Pawan plays Ojas Gambheera, a fearsome gangster, in this high-energy narrative. The film co-stars Priyanka Mohan, with Sriya Reddy and Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi in prominent roles. OG is scheduled to hit screens on September 25, 2025.
With these exciting projects lined up, fans are in for a power-packed cinematic treat from Pawan Kalyan in the coming years.
