Pic Talk: Nagarjuna receives vaccine, makes a strong appeal

After the likes of Kamal Haasan and Mohanlal, it was the turn of yet another senior superstar to receive vaccination today. Akkineni Nagarjuna, who awaits the release of 'Wild Dog' on April 2, got himself vaccinated at a private hospital in Hyderabad. He made it a point to post a pic in order to drive home a message. At a time when many eligible individuals are displaying vaccine hesitancy, Nag urged them to get it done as soon as possible.

"Got my #covaxin jab yesterday .. absolutely no downtime. I urge whoever is eligible to take the vaccine!! You can now register for your #Covid19vaccine at http://cowin.gov.in Book your vaccine. and get it done! (sic)," the Greeku Veerudu of Tollywood tweeted.

Coming to 'Wild Dog', Nag is already into the promotions. The film's trailer was out on March 12 and it was up to the mark. Directed by Ahishor Solomon, the thriller is based on the Gokul Chat blasts of 2008. Set in Hyderabad and other cities, the film has BGM by Thaman. The April 2nd release is releasing amid high expectations from the Akkineni fans.

Meanwhile, Nag will get busy with the shoot of a Praveen Sattaru directorial soon. Kajal Aggarwal is going to romance him in the untitled film.
