PM's 'Get Well Soon' wishes for Big B

It wasn't just disappointing for Bachchans' family, but for the fans as Amitabh Bachchan was admitted on his 66th birthday. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh spoke to Jaya Bachchan yesterday and enquired Amitabh's health condition. Also Singh conveyed his 'Get Well Soon' wishes for the actor.

Complaining about abdominal pain, Amitabh Bachchan was admitted at Lilavathi Hospital, here in Mumbai on Saturday. Doctors involved in his treatment have uttered that he has been convalescing and would be soon discharged. The actor has been suffering from intestinal problems over a long time and underwent surgery in 2005 for infection in both small and large intestines….
