Polls hold up Poi

Director K Balachander has completed his 101st directorial venture Poi, which he says has come really good.
The veteran director, who still thinks very youthful, says, 'My job is over. Now it is for my producer to market the movie and release it.'
Asked when Poi would grace theatres, Balachander says, 'With elections around, I am not sure whether it would make its way this May'.
Poi, being made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu, features Uday Kiran, Sridhar, Vimala Raman and Geethu Mohandass in the lead roles.
Buzz is that Balachander has already begun the script work for his next movie which would be produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu.
He has almost finalized the crew and the cast would be decided very soon.
