Pooja Chopra: I'm not as bold as Vidya Balan

  • IndiaGlitz, [Wednesday,April 10 2013]

Newbie Pooja Chopra is highly excited for her debut film ‘Commondo’. Unlike other debutant the former Miss India is quite clear in her terms and conditions in her film which include no lip-lock and bikini in her films.

Though she didn’t include that in her contract, Pooja wants to be clear on this before signing any film. Hugging with Vidyut was uncomfortable, lip lock is impossible, remarked Pooja who plays love lady of Vidyut Jamwal in ‘Commando’.

However she makes an exception only for her favourite director Imtiaz Ali. When asked if the filmmaker asked for the on screen lip lock Pooja said that then she might think about it.

Where all the leading ladies of Bollywood shaking their leg with item songs Pooja strictly is no-no to them. For, she believes that she will not do justice to it as it does not go with her personality.

While all the newcomers wait for movie like ‘The Dirty Picture’ to be offered Pooja said she would have never done that. I will be a fool to not to do dirty picture. Vidya Balan won lot of award for that but I could not do justice to that character. I am not bold enough to take such subject. It is not my space.

However the model-turned-actress is quick to add, May be after sometime my thinking might change and I might expand my barrier and say yes to all. Right now I don’t see it.

How much this former Miss India stick to her terms and condition time will decide that?

Produced by Vipul Shah and directed by Dilip Ghosh, ‘Commando’ hits the screens on 12th April 2013.
