The 'Mungaru Male' heroine Pooja Gandhi with bizarre of films in her kitty in two years time is now playing the crime reporter in 'Anu' a remake of super hit Telugu film 'Anusuya' produced by Balu. In the original Telugu film Bhoomika played the same role. In the title role Pooja Gandhi besides playing the role of a crime reporter is also appearing in an action scene in the film. The muhuruth for this film was held at Banashankeri Medical College in Bangalore on last Friday.

Ravi Babu the associate of Telugu version 'Anasuya' is independently directing the Kannada version. With lead role Pooja Gandhi the 'Dhuniya' fame actress Rashmi is playing the medical college student. In 35 days this murder mystery film will be shot. Nagkiran plays the male lead was not present at the muhurth.

Five murders take place in this film and I am behind a psycho investigating crucial things disclosed Pooja Gandhi. I donate the eyes and my heart in this film is very inspiring aspects for me. This is a story oriented film said Rashmi addressing the media.

Niranjan Babu who worked for 'Sihi Gali' and 'Zamana' is the man behind the camera.

Film industry dharna
