Popular actress Yashika Aanand began her career with movies like Dhuruvangal 16, and went on to play glamorous roles in movies like Iruttu Arayil Murattu kuthu, Zombie, NOTA and many more movies.

Now the actress has gone for transformation, and opposed to her glamorous roles is playing a performance oriented role in an upcoming action thriller titled Sulphur and this movie will have Yashika playing a police officer.

Directed by debutant Bhuvan this movie will have Music director Siddharth Vipin of Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumara, Vallavanukku Pullum Aayutham etc who had also acted in the movies in comedy roles as the villain. Siddharth Vipin who trained in Koothupattarai for his role will also compose music for Sulphur.
