The highly anticipated film Raja Saab, starring Prabhas, was originally slated for a grand release by now. However, due to production delays, the movie's release has been pushed back without a new date, leaving fans anxious and eagerly waiting for updates.

Director Maruthi has officially revealed a fresh update. Posting on X (formerly Twitter), he announced a "High Alert" and hinted that a big update will be shared in mid-May. Along with the update, he posted a film poster, stating, “HIGH ALERT… HEAT WAVES gonna rise even higher from mid May!”

Raja Saab stands out in Prabhas’ career as it is his first attempt at a horror comedy. Initially, fans were doubtful about the genre, but Maruthi’s strength in handling such themes helped build some confidence. Despite early criticism and resistance, the team has worked hard to deliver a promising film experience.

The film is produced by People Media Factory, a studio that has faced a series of failures recently. Music composer Thaman also decided to restart the music album, which added to the film’s challenges. These factors contributed to declining buzz around the project.

However, with the recent teaser by Maruthi, expectations are building once again. The film also stars Niddhi Agerwal, Malvika Mohanan, and Sanjay Dutt in key roles. All eyes are now on mid-May for the exciting update.
