Director Vijay comes up with a clean film again

Director Vijay's 'Devi' has achieved a clean U certificate from the Censor board officials. No cuts have been suggested in the film.

'Devi' is the Tamil version of the tri-lingual directed by Vijay in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Veteran dance master, director and actor Prabhu Deva makes a comeback to Tamil films as an actor after 12 years. He has played the lead role along with Tamannah who has played the titular character. Sonu Sood, Sathish and RJ Balaji have played the important supporting roles.

Sajid Wajid has rendered the musical score for the film. Prabhu Deva also makes his debut as a producer with this film which is all set to hit the screens on October 7, 2016 for he long Aayudha Pooja festival holiday weekend.
